# Pay Exam Fees (Admin Only)

Exam can be paid anytime after your exam has been approved. NOTE: that once approved - the exam must be paid before it will be processed further (i.e., assigned graders etc.)&#x20;

* After logging in - click on "Exam" menu and "Administered Exams"&#x20;

* Next find the corresponding exam in your list of administered exams and click on the exam code.&#x20;

* From the Exam Details page - click on "Pay" Button

* This will take you to Exam Payment Details page (note this page might change over time as we add more options). Select the number of current BJCP Members taking the exam and number of Non-BJCP (i.e., new BJCP Members). This is required because the fee structure is different for current BJCP member vs new BJCP members

* On clicking submit - you will be taken to payment summary page which will summarize the total amount of payment. If everything looks good - click on PayPal "Pay Now" Button and you will be transferred to PayPal to complete the transaction.&#x20;
